We live in a universe so big that a dying star, in the greater scheme of things, is as significant as spilled milk or an unkissed kiss. In an infinite amount of time, everything that can be forgotten, will be forgotten.

In infinite, spilled milk and dying stars matter the same.

And if you’re just someone brushing your teeth late at night or you’re a planet breathing your last breath as you disappear into a black hole, everything you do matters just the same. Every breath you take is as important or unimportant as the sun in the sky or the moon in the night.

Scratching your ear, is a kind of miracle, depending on how you look at it.

Hello everyone, I’d like to give a quick explanation of what this blog is for and why I’m doing this.

My grandparents, who have been together for more than fifty years, are approaching another anniversary, and I don’t know if I’ll be able to get a card. I feel like doing a tumblr for this would be better than a card, too - I’ll be able to fit more well wishes here than on a piece of paper. 

Another reason why I’m using the internet for this instead of a card is because my grandparents have always been accepting of me having friends I’ve met online - they don’t call them ‘internet friends’ or act like they’re not real friendships. 

So if you can spare a couple of minutes, could you please send an ask wishing them well? Their anniversary is on the 6th.
